Abnormal: Sounds to me like you have some form of lung disease. Can't characterize it more specifically based on the information you've provided. Your EKG suggests pulmonary hypertension and your DCLO suggests some type of restrictive or obstructive lung disease but would need the full PFTs and imaging to further distinguish. Request a pulmonary opinion.
