Increased estrogen: It is likely ok. Depending on the BC pill you are on, you could get an increase in cervical mucous. And its ok to have a light to nonexistent period on the pill. Check a pregnancy test to be sure and if it is negative then its ok to monitor and continue the pill. If you are concerned about STD exposure you should be checked sooner.
