Arrhythmia: You could be suffering from some form of abnormal heart rhythm. This can cause the fluttering feeling, or palpitations. Your doctor can do an EKG and, if needed, prescribe a wearable device that can record these events to see if the rhythm is abnormal when this is occurring.
