Common: No one is exactly symmetrical and it is more obvious in some than in others. I have had one patient who was a breast size AAA on one side and D on the other and have known people who have to buy 2 pairs of shoes in order to fit both feet. These are the extremes but do speak to our asymmetry. As long as size is the only difference, it is normal.
