Test kits: you need to figure out your cycle timing and know that 14 days before your period begins is when you ovulate. If you periods are regular and 28 days a part then the 14th day of your period you can conceive. If it is 29 days long then day 15 is the day. You also can buy ovulation test kits at the store to determine the day of ovulation. If problems see your provider to have your partner checked
