Not really: The HPV vaccines protect you from infection, including the carrier state, of four strains of HPV which are responsible for about 90% of disease causing infection. It offers no protection against the rest of the strains (other 10%). Hope this helps

No: The HPV vaccines (Gardasil9 and others) will help you develop antibodies against the strains included in the vaccine. With these antibodies your system rejects infection or carrier state of those strains. It would not prevent you from infection or carrying strains not in the vaccine. If you acquired these other strains you could pass them.
