I feel like something is walking on my skin. i've done some tests on fungi but it didn't show anything. could it be a type of dermatophytes ?

No: No test for any fungus is useful for you. Begin with a dermatologist if you can. Do you really mean that you itch????? You need a diagnosis. There are numerous possible causes, but fungus is not among them.
