It's been a month since i had laparoscopic surgery and i still have stitches sticking out of the incision sites. shouldn't they have dissolved by now?

Yes and No: If they were dissolving stitches the part of the stitch embedded in the skin will dissolve and the rest of the stitch won't. Just pull the exposed stitch out like plucking a chicken If they are not dissolving then have the MD remove them. Ask your surgeon
