When i take a breath in i have tingly sensations throughout body. been going on about 3 weeks.. mostly in legs and feet. why?? help! anyone know????

Parasthesias: with deep breathing can be due to induced respiratory alkalosis. Spinal cord or lumbar sacral nerve root compression can occur with slipped disks. Typically more violent movements like coughing will produce radicular symptoms. I would try CO2 re-breathing with a paper bag first to see if the parasthesias abate. If this does not do the trick I'd see a primary care doctor. (or neurologist)
