Not known to: This is not a usual side effect to Tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine unless it is possible that you may be allergic to either medication. The breakout on your scalp may be related to a completely different cause. You may try to figure out what that may be or see your doctor and get an opinion. You could stop the Tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine to see if it makes a difference. All the best figuring out the source.
