Pinched nerve in the: neck ? Go to an urgent care center if you can not get a hold of your doctor. You may need some tests to find the cause.

Arm pain: 32 year old female with arm pain is unlikely to have heart disease unless it is very common in your family. The most common cause of pain is muscular. Have you been doing anything with that arm. Had a fall? Been doing repetative movements. It will probably resolve fairly quickly.
