Naproxen and medrol (methylprednisolone): unless there is a GI upset problem it should not matter. If there is simply separate the medication by an hour or so.

One hr after dinner: you didn't say why you are taking medrol, (methylprednisolone) Asthma? poison oak or some skin dermatitis? Why are you taking Naproxen? Generally naproxen should be taken only if having pain and always take with food. If you eat dinner , then take your naproxen, should not be a problem taking Medrol (methylprednisolone) before going to bed or after dinner . Naproxen is very helpful for treating inflammation in joints/tendons/arthritis.
