Staphylococcus: If you are pregnant and virginal it is the second time in history. Just kidding. Vaginal culture showing Staph is meaningless unless you know what species of Staphylococcus you are dealing with. What is usually being looked for is Group B Streptococcus, an organism which can produce severe infection in your baby after delivery. Discuss this with the obstetrician. Good luck and have a great baby.
