Pregnancy Post IUD: If you have not had a complication, meaning an infection, it is not likely a problem for you. You did not state if you have regular periods & your partner has good sperm. It is a good idea to see your MD to get on a prenatal vitamin and determine if you should consider prepregnancy genetic screening. If you have not conceived by 12 months, further evaluation and treatment should be considered.

Mirena (levonorgestrel): You did not say how long you have been trying for pregnancy since second Mirena (levonorgestrel) came out. You can track ovulation to pinpoint your fertile time but if you are not pregnant with well-timed intercourse within one year, i would see your doctor.
