No: Vitamin B12 is not known for helping with weight loss, and not needed by the average dieter. Omega 3 has antiinflammatory properties, but only after weeks of being on it. You should select a weight loss diet plan that you can stick to-do look at the variety out there and pick from one you can follow. There really is no magic weight loss pill. The best way to lose weight is slow but sure and steady
