had a testicular torsion in my teens. after that doc said i have low sperm count. wife and i are trying to get pregnant what can i do to help? it's been over a year. only one pregnancy.

Testicular torsion: If you had one child previously you have secondary iinfertility. Both you and your wife need evaluation. A more extensive semen analysis need to be done
