Recurrent cellulitis: Recurrent cellulitis means a recurrent break in the skin or a nidus of infection. Depending on location of your cellulitis, you might discuss skin care, use of antibacterial cleansers, etc. This should reduce your recurrences.

Venous insufficiency: Recurrent "cellulitis" often reflects venous insufficiency. Can look just like "cellulitis." Have you had ultrasound w reflux studies, which shows this problem? Venous insufficiency often easily fixed in Dr. office w local anesthesia. Antibiotics are not the answer to vein problems, even if they look like cellulitis. This may be key to prevent repeat episodes of cellulitis. Hope this helps.
