Yes: 3500 net calories is a pound of fat. When you are 3500 calories up you gain a pound of fat, When down 3500 you lose a pound. So cut 500 cal a day of food (and drink) and lose a pound a week. You have been eating about 85 calories a day too much for a year. Now quit complaining about what you cant do and do what you can. Park further away, walk to the last bathroom, use stairs, each cal counts
