A member asked:

Why do my legs cramp at night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Leg cramping: leg cramps can reflect a relative salt deficiency, or potassium deficiency, or calcium deficiency, or magnesium deficiency; extreme over use of muscles can result in nocturnal cramps too; it is unlikely you have a circulatory problem - try a bit more of the above minerals - natural sources are best.
