Miliaria: This sounds like miliaria which is a heat rash or prickly heat reaction. Cool wet compresses and calamine lotion have helped but it will gradually clear when the sweat gland ducts open up again. See a dermatologist as needed if there are any further concerns.

These sound like: blisters due to photosensitivity. As the skin creates a separation between the top layer of the skin and the next, the blister appears, as the temperature of the skin decreases, the blister can flatten. Cool the skin with cool baths, aspirin, and some aluminum acetate to dry out blisters. Stay under umbrellas, keep hand fan with you, and perhaps spray bottle, lots of liquids, skin may peel
