How can tell apart ibs and ibd symptoms ?

They're similar: You really tell them apart, you need testing such as CT scan and colonoscopy. That being said, some forms of IBS include constipation which is not typically a component of IBD such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's. But ultimately, you really need testing.
