Pain in bladder when pressing on lower stomach can this be prostatitis which was diagnosed with or something else?

No: Why do you press on your bladder? If your bladder is full of urine it will be uncomfortable when you do that. Try emptying your bladder then there is no need to press there.I assume you were given the appropriate antibiotic for your prostatitis.Good luck.
