I saw a small blister on my inner thigh during the weekend, i have been keeping a band aid on it but more skin comes off after the band aid is off.

Maceration: Dead skin which is occluded beneath a bandage will stay moist and easily peel off when the bandage is removed. In some cases keeping a wound moist is beneficial, such as with an abscess. Options for avoiding this recurrent moisture problem include leaving the wound open to air when not engaged in activities that increase risk of infection, or using non-adherent type bandages.
