Abnormal: Need FT4 and medical history to estabilish significance. Elevation of TSH can occur in the presence of Hypothyroidism, euthyroid conditions as well predate hypothyroidism( apathetic hypothyroidism)

Hypothyroidism: I assume by "thyroid levels" you mean your TSH. If this is the case then your thyroid is not functioning well i.e you have hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism has many, many possible symptoms and left untreated can lead to a phenomenon known as myxedema coma which can be fatal. Treatment of hypothyroidism is about as simple and straightforward as you can be.
