PRL in pregnancy: Hi. Prolactin (PRL) levels normally rise during pregnancy, so your wife's data are most likely normal. Did she have high PRL (or a prolactinoma) prior to conception? That would change the picture. There is a risk of prolactinomas growing during pregnancy. But I'm doing too much speculating. Unless she has a prolactinoma, she's probably normal. Good luck to her for healthy pregnancy and baby!
