Need exam: There are multiple possibilities: Lymphoid tissue, cryptic debris/tonsillolith, papilloma, abscess, and various benign or malignant neoplasia. An evaluation with an otolaryngologist (ENT) is recommended. Biopsy or CT will be dependent on examination and assessment.
