Be seen...: I am not sure what possibilities you have of seeing a health provider but in your age group persistent fever, and the symptoms you describe merit evaluation. If you feel very sick and unable to be transported to the doctor's office call 911 so you can be taken to the ED for immediate evaluation. In the meantime take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) ibuprofen and plenty of fluids.
