Safe: Cyclogest is progesterone and is indicated for PMS and post-natal depression according to the package insert. Progesterone can also be used in early pregnancy to help support/ maintain through the 1st trimester if your natural hormone levels are low. It is generally safe to use- but ask you MD if you have any questions.
