Nature knows best: Miscarriage is a way that one's body can naturally get rid of defective fetuses (babies with genetic mutations or other defects) before they can be fully developed or born. Many women have miscarriages because this is a normal way to prevent birth defects. However, the situation is different if the doctor finds the cause of a woman's miscarriages to be Progesterone deficiency.
