Yes: Hemetamesis and hemoptysis is vomiting and coughing up blood. Throwing up can sometimes rupture blood vessels in your esophagus or if you have a cough blood vessels can rupture. Nonetheless it is recommended you go to the emergency room for a more complete history and physical for this symptom. Good luck.
