ive fainted 2x got taken by ambulance both times nothing showed up on tests now im experiencing same thing plus tingling naseau, lightheaded & dizzine?

Vasovagal: Most fainting is caused by nerves that can trigger this reaction.(vasovagal) However due to your persistent symptoms a more thorough history and examination including review of what has already been performed is needed. Good luck please call 911 if you are feeling worse.
