Nodule in underarm: At your age, cancer is very unlikely. Women shave and use deodorant and can get plugged lymph nodes or sebaceous cysts. I would see my doctor if it persists.

Lymphadenopathy: This is probably an enlarged inflamed lymph node in response to some underlying problem. Do you own a cat? Cat scratch disease often presents in this manner, as do a variety of other possible diagnoses. Go and have this looked at and evaluated. Best wishes.

See a DR: Only an exam can identify what you may have. Probably not serious. May (or may not) be an indication for a procedure. Whatever you have will benefit from an exam. The sooner you go to the DR the less time you will spend being scared.
