Nope : No, that's a normal number, especially if you hadn't been fasting beforehand. For fasting glucose levels, we consider normal to bee under 100. For non fasting, under 220. Maybe it'd be a good idea to go have your urine tested by your doctor. Urinary frequency can also be a sign of infection.

Normal: A blood glucose of 98 is normal. Your frequent urination is not from diabetes mellitus. Could you have a UTI? Pain with urination or feeling of not emptying completely? See your doctor so they can do a urinalysis and come up with a specific diagnosis. Hope this helps!

Uti?: You should get tested for a uti. Also if you have been through child birth recently your muscles may be week and you should work on strengthening them to help you hold your urine better. 98 is not significantly high and should not cause changes in urination.
