Hello, i have atrial septal defect (unrepaired) and last night my heart felt as if it flipped (usual) and then made a huge pop. so much pain!. why?

ASD: ASD does not cause pain (ever) but can lead to atrial arrhythmias which you may perceive as a "flip".
