Probably,: Cetaphil is an antibacterial soap and is used externally. First line therapies include Balneol Perianal cleansing lotion or tucks (witch hazel) pre moistened pads. Clear water washing,gently with cotton cloth,may also help. If antibacterial is needed try a very small amount to make sure it is sensitive enough and doesn't cause any worsening of the symptoms. From your history cetaphil may be appropriate.
