Multiple: There are many treatments for back pain. There is surgery for chronic pain in cases of disease that requires surgery such as discs or spinal stenosis. There are chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy , and medications These frequently take the form of NSAIDs. Lastly there are narcotics but this is a last resort. Best wishes.
