If i'm just 4weeks pregnant what days i possibly concieved? i had ultrasound last august 30 and it's just a sac not even double ring sac.

Just 2 weeks ago: Most people do not know they are 4 weeks pregnant (it's too soon to know, unless one is frequently testing for a pregnancy). But if truly 4 weeks pregnant, then conception was 2 weeks ago.
