Abdominal discomfort: Follow up with a doctor/urgent care. There is limited information. Could be related to constipation, gastroparesis which is more common in diabetics,gastritis, gallbladder issues, UTI/ prostatitis, appendicitis ,clots and even glucose control . Follow up with doctor urgent care within 24 hours.

So many things...: Your complaint is very nonspecific and can be caused by so many things that it wouldn't be prudent to start guessing based on this one question. Take care of yourself and see your doctor --- the guessing game goes away when you see a physician who can get a full, accurate history and do an exam. Take care.
