Hard to say: If what you are referring to are prenatal vitamins, not taking them for a few days will cause no harm. If they are a fertility med like clomid, (clomiphene) it could. Talk to your OB to be sure. Hope this helps!

? pregnanal pills: Do you mean prenatal pills?. If the answer is yes, then I assume you are taking them to provide preconception folic acid. If that's the case then missing a few pills should not affect you getting pregnant.
