1/4 tsp per cup: Usually 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt for 8 ounces of body temperature water will do. And use 1 cup each nostril. Nasal lavage can be helpful for chronic sinus congestion, and i often recommend it. However, some studies suggest a risk of infection if neti pot or bottle not kept clean or use of contaminated tap water, or even injury to nasal tissue. So be cautious.
