My dog suddlenly barked really loud and it gave me some little ear aches but they seem to not go away 10 minutes later... my hearing is not impaired.

Loud noise ear pain: Anytime we are exposed to sudden loud noise, we experience cochlear concussion , hearing threshold shift, and some temporary inner ear hair cell damage which the brain will interpret as ringing or pain. This should continue to improve over the next 2-3 days, if not better, need to see ENT for eval and audiogram.
