Keep it dry: Not sure exact nature of your question. If you're asking what to do with a perforated ear that gets water in it, the answer is not much. Typical drying drops are going to cause serious pain. If if is a fresh perforation that is draining some fluid, keep it dry--it's likely to heal on its own.
