Thyroid gland: Fine needle aspiration of thyroid gland nodule can be interpreted as neoplastic follicular cells seen. It means FNA material is adequate and follicular cells are atypical which can be seen in follicular neoplasm, such as; follicular adenoma, or follicular carcinoma. After this diagnosis, it's recommended that surgery to be performed for a definite diagnosis.
