Why limit yourself: to 5 to 8 vegetables. Go for every color in the rainbow when it comes to eating fruits and vegetables. However, you will need to augment your diet further if you are a vegetarian. I usually recommend that anyone who is a vegetarian educate themselves thoroughly because it is easy to miss out on key nutrients otherwise.
