See your doctor: Normally one is not able to distinguish what specific organ hurts in the lower abdomen.Since you have missed your period ,I would advise you to make an appointment with your gyn.You may have we call a functional cyst.

Pregnant??: assuming 28 day cycles and unprotected sex - you should be about 8 weeks 5 days pregnant - Your tests go against this. I would suggest having a blood test for beta HCG - Did you have any spotting? that might have represented a misscarriage?
