See doctor: There's no way to diagnose what you describe over the internet. You need a pelvic exam to see what's causing uterine/ovarian pain. Maybe even an ultrasound. Hair loss can be due to decreased estrogen or changes in thyroid, may want to have blood test check. Headaches may or may not be related to these other symptoms. Cloudy urine doesn't always mean something, pain and ^ frequency, do.
