Not sure: Usually as soon as you stop the medication. The side effects should be reduced and gone in the time it takes to leave your body - usually a few days.

Approximately 18 hrs: The half life of flexaril ranges from 8-37 hrs. With an average of 18 hrs. Depending on the liver as well as renal function, it may take longer or shorter than 18 hrs. Use of other medications may increase or decrease the serum level of flexeril, (cyclobenzaprine hcl) resulting in delayed or early clearance. Elderly will take longer to eliminate the medication, taking longer for side effects to go away.
