Breast feeding: These drops work topically. The blood level even after prolonged use is negligible. There is no risk to your baby being exposed to the medication through breast milk.

Ear drops: Provided that your ear drum is intact, ear drops work only topically and are not absorbed into the blood stream and should be safe if used within the recommended dosage and frequency
