See your doc: You need to have throat cultures and an ear exam to diagnose your infection. You will need to be treated with antibiotics. Your doc can prescribe an antibiotic safe with breastfeeding.

You can take...: Ibuprofen for pain. I recommend that you see a doctor soon to evaluate the ear drainage and sore throat as these might be bacterial infections which could require antibiotics to heal properly. Good luck!
