No, fertility lowere: and can be painful and annoying, but not dangerous or life-threatening. there is a small increase in risk of uterine cancer but it's under 1 in 10,000 risk (under 500 cases total per year in women under 40 in the US. Risk increased maybe 30%.... so... maybe 100 extra cancers per year at most. small compared to deaths from wild animals).
